We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The bathroom was a little outdated, but we could overlook that. We were really happy to have a fridge in the room. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating to our early mornings and the breakfast was nice. We had a great room with access to the pool for the kids. It's a great hotel for families with children, it suited the purpose of our stay.

It was comfortable. Beds were good, lovely shower head, will not work for elderly people as the shower is in the bathtub. We enjoyed the 10 hole putt putt, we didn't use the pool due to chilly weather but it didn't look too clean anyway. They have volleyball and tennis as well. It was clean. Room facing the pool, lovely view. Value for money.

Our rooms were very clean, bathroom was need, bed slept "lekker". The buffet breakfast was very nice, and all the staff was very friendly. We did not visit the pool, but from our room window, it looked clean, and nice to swim in. We will definitely recommend the place for anyone visiting Oudtshoorn.

reception was effective, helpful and friendly. the room was spacious, all the equipment worked and the beds and pillows were good. Lovely shower and complimentary soaps. The porter called after me to remind me about items i forgot in the room - i really appreciated this gesture.
